PCB Expert tip #1: At the end, the diameter counts …
… the finished hole diameter!
It’s possible that we may have to correct the finished hole diameter in your order details.
Why is this?
To produce your board a circumferential annular ring of 200µm is needed for your drill hole. If the pad diameter doesn’t allow this 200µm annular ring, we have to adjust the diameter of the via hole.
How can this be avoid?
Luckily that’s very easy! Please consider the following rule when you create your PCB layout:
If you follow this instruction we don’t have to change the diameter and there is no extra effort for your order.
Please find more about the annular ring in our PCB specifications.
Everything is clear? Than off to the PCB order!
