Conditions of participation for the Weber Grill competition

§ 1 Organizer

The organizer of the competition is Würth Elektronik GmbH & Co KG, Rudolf-Diesel-Str. 10, 74585 Rot am See - hereinafter referred to as the organizer.

§ 2 Event period

01.07.2022 - 31.07.2022

§ 3 Eligibility

All customers of the organizer (hereinafter referred to as the customer) who order independently via the website are eligible to participate. Customers of the organizer are business people who are registered with the organizer with a customer number.

One ticket per participant will go into the prize draw pot.

§ 4 Prize and prize entitlement

The following prize will be raffled:

Weber Smokey Joe® Premium - Charcoal Grill Ø 37 cm

Only the customer registered with the organizer, i.e. the customer company and not employees of the customer, is entitled to win. A cash payment of the prize value or an exchange of the prize is excluded. The prize is not transferable.

§ 5 Implementation of the competition

All customers who make a purchase in the online shop during the event period can take part.

§ 6 Closing date, prize draw, notification

The closing date for entries is 31.07.2022; the decisive factor is receipt by the organiser.

The organiser will notify the winners of the prize in writing by 31.08.2022 at the latest. The prize will only be sent to the customer's address on file with the organizer.

§ 7 Exclusion from the competition

Employees of the organizer and other persons involved in the implementation of this competition are not eligible to enter. In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions of participation, the organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition.

§ 8 Premature termination of the competition

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. The organiser will make use of this option in particular if the proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. If such a termination was caused by the culpable conduct of a participant, the organizer may demand compensation for the damage incurred.

§ 9 Exclusion of claims for damages, liability

Any claims for damages by the participant against the organizer and its entities, employees and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the competition, irrespective of the legal grounds, are, as far as legally permissible, limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. Damages due to injury to life, body and health remain unaffected by this.

§ 10 Data protection

The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by him/her may be stored and processed by the organizer or a third party commissioned by the organizer for the duration of the competition and its processing. The participant also agrees that his/her data may be transmitted to the respective cooperation partners of the competition for the purpose of prize processing and that these partners may also store and process the data for the purpose of prize processing.

The participant is free at any time to cancel the consent to storage by written revocation to the organizer. This ends the participation in the competition for the participant.

Any further use or disclosure to third parties does not take place.

§ 11 Applicable law, miscellaneous

Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions of participation listed here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation.

The competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal process is excluded.

The items presented as prizes in the competition are not necessarily identical to the item won. Rather, there may be deviations in terms of model, colour or the like. The organizer may select an item of average type and quality equivalent to the item presented as a prize.
